With over 20 years of dance experience, I blend strength training, mobility work, and mindful movement to create sessions tailored to your unique needs. I meet you where you are, challenge you with care, and help you move with purpose. My goal is to empower you to feel strong, capable, and connected to your body in every aspect of life.

All subscription & regular in-person coaching clients receive access to a private training app, where you’ll find your full program, track progress, log workouts, and stay connected every step of the way.
