About Megan
With over 20 years of dance training, a BFA in Dance, and certifications in both personal training and yoga, I bring a deep understanding of movement to every session. My approach blends functional strength training with body awareness, creativity, and challenge — helping clients move with confidence and purpose.
I’ve worked with people of all backgrounds and abilities, from performers to busy professionals, and I believe that effective training should meet you where you are and evolve as you do. Whether we’re working together in person in NYC, or virtually from wherever you are, my goal is to help you build strength, consistency, and a deeper connection to your body.
